Legal
Privacy
policy.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
The short version:
- Your photos never leave your device. We never receive, see or store them.
- There is no account. We don't know your name unless you tell us.
- If you subscribe, we keep your email address, your unlock code and your subscription status. That's all.
- No advertising, no tracking pixels, no selling of data. Ever.
1. Who is responsible
Canyon Tide Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is responsible for your data. Contact: support@inchboost.com.
2. Your photos
Inchboost, both the Android app and the browser version, edits photos entirely on your device, including the AI that detects edges. Your photos and your edited results are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. The app asks for access to your photos only so you can pick one and save the result back to your gallery.
3. What we collect, and why
If you use the free version
Nothing that identifies you. The app does not use analytics or advertising tools.
If you subscribe
- Your email address, to send your unlock code, receipts and important notices about your subscription.
- Your unlock code and subscription status (active, cancelled, expired), so the app knows whether to unlock.
- A random installation number for each device where you enter your code. It is created by the app, does not identify you or your phone, and is used only to apply the limit of three devices per code.
- Payment records from our payment provider: the amount, date and country of each payment, and a transaction reference. Your card details go to the payment provider only. We never see or store them.
If you email us
Your message and email address, so we can reply.
When you visit this website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect against attacks. We don't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts and all other files are served from our own domain. The site stores one small note in your browser to remember that you confirmed the age check.
4. Legal basis (for visitors in the EU, UK and similar regions)
We process subscriber data to perform our contract with you, keep records required by tax and accounting law, and, for security and fraud prevention, on the basis of our legitimate interests.
5. Who we share data with
Only the service providers needed to run Inchboost, and only what they need:
- our payment provider, to take payments and handle refunds;
- Cloudflare, for website hosting and the service that checks unlock codes;
- Zoho, for our email.
We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't share it for advertising. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep subscriber data while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, so you can restore it. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires, usually up to 7 years. Support emails are deleted within 24 months.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop certain processing. Email support@inchboost.com from the address you subscribed with. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.
9. Security
The best protection is not having your photos at all, which is how Inchboost is built. The little data we do hold is stored with providers that encrypt it in transit and at rest.
10. Children
Inchboost is only for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has subscribed, contact us and we will delete their data.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in an important way, we will tell subscribers by email. The date at the top shows the latest version.
