1. Who we are

Inchboost is made by Canyon Tide Media LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA ("we", "us"). Our address is 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach us at support@inchboost.com.

By downloading, installing or using the Inchboost app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Inchboost.

2. You must be an adult

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Inchboost. By using it, you confirm that you are.

3. What Inchboost is

Inchboost is photo-editing software. It changes the size of a selected area in a photo. The editing runs on your own device; we do not receive your photos. Results are edited images. They are not measurements and they do not show anything real.

4. Your photos and how you may use Inchboost

You may only edit photos that show you, or photos where every person shown has given you clear permission to edit them. You must not:

• edit or create images of anyone under 18, under any circumstances;
• edit intimate images of another person without their consent, or share such edits;
• use edited images to deceive, harass, threaten, blackmail, defame or impersonate anyone;
• present an edited image as unedited in order to mislead someone, for example in a dating, legal or commercial context;
• use Inchboost in any way that breaks the law where you live, including laws on non-consensual intimate imagery.

You are responsible for the photos you choose to edit and for what you do with the results. If we learn that someone is breaking these rules, we will end their access without a refund and, where the law requires it, report it to the authorities.

5. Your licence to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Inchboost (the app and the browser version) on your own devices for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer or modify the app, remove its watermark from free exports by other means, or share your unlock code. An unlock code works on up to three of your own devices.

6. Free version and subscriptions

The free version includes every tool. Images saved with the free version carry a small Inchboost watermark and are saved at reduced resolution.

A subscription removes the watermark and saves at full resolution. Subscriptions are offered monthly ($6.99) or yearly ($49.99), in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time with the link in your receipt email or by writing to support@inchboost.com. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Price changes. If we ever change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you want to.
• Payments. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

7. Updates and availability

We improve Inchboost over time and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the app working well, but we can't promise it will always be available, work on every device, or give the result you hoped for on every photo.

8. No warranty

Inchboost is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for how you or others use edited images. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

If you break these terms, for example by editing someone else's photo without permission, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the costs that result.

11. Ending your access

You can stop using Inchboost at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after your access ends.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you more protection, those protections still apply. Before starting any formal dispute, please write to us first; most things are solved quickly by email.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell subscribers by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
